Ready to Ship Designs

All of our designs are ready to ship, however– if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 business days after the delivery, you are entitled to a full refund upon our discretion. For more information, you may inquire via email at  info@samuelphillip.com

Craftsmanship


Samuel Phillip & Co does not guarantee that our products are without slight wear as we specialize in antique and vintage jewelry that are most likely in pre-owned condition. All defects will be disclosed and clearly listed through the listing description. Samuel Phillip & Co is not responsible for any damages to the piece(s) after 7 days of receipt.


Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.  

Repairs

Samuel Phillip & Co guarantees the structural integrity of all jewelry 7 days from purchase date.


Gemstones and diamonds are not under warranty.  Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry. We do not offer re-sizing, repair or polishing services.


Insured Shipping

All shipments from Samuel Phillip & Co are insured and require a signature for delivery.


All domestic shipments are shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Next day delivery is available at checkout for a fee; 2 day delivery is complimentary.


Please note that the delivery speed is not reflective of production speed—most designs are processed to order.


International pieces will be via DHL Express Worldwide (where applicable) and fully insured.


INTL Clients

With the help of video conferencing, high resolution photographs, a flexible work schedule, and world class insurance, Samuel Phillip & Co. is sold worldwide. 


Please note each country assesses different taxes and duties that may need to be paid to clear your items– These are to be determined independently, and Samuel Phillip & Co. is not responsible for disclosing or covering the cost as all customs fees, taxes and duties are the client’s responsibility.
